Road Side Assistance

Available for contracted customers only - except in extreme circumstances

Customers who agree to long term inspection contracts with us can call us for road side assistance. We will complete repairs to your vehicle at the scene of the breakdown where possible. Our preferred outcome is always to save you having to pay to recover your vehicle.

Our breakdown vans are fitted with a wide variety of tools, making it easy for us to get you moving in most circumstances. If your van has broken down, we are also generally able to tow you to our workshop for repairs. We cannot currently recover larger vehicles.

If circumstances allow it, we do on occasion help stranded vehicles if they are in extreme difficulty. If you are not a contracted customer, but you have broken down in the Cardiff area, please call us for a phone consultation to see if we can help. Depending on your location and our current work load, we will help if we can.
